My Background
I knew I wanted to help but I wasn't sure how. After deciding not to be a Veterinarian or an EMT, and feeling a little bit lost, I found myself diving into a massage therapy program at Missouri College back in 1999. I was delightfully engaged with learning about the body and thus began my journey into the healing arts.

Intrigued by a teacher in my program I went on to study Shiatsu at the Healing Arts Center in 2003. In 2006 I became a certified Yoga Instructor and continued on the path of self growth and body wisdom. Stepping gently along the way I discovered so much, learning about various styles of Yoga including Kundalini Yoga, Partner Yoga, and Yin Yoga. It was through the practice of Kundalini Yoga that I received my spiritual name, Pavandeep.
There have been many integral pieces of learning through various modalities with certificates in Pranic Healing, Breema Bodywork, Structural Bodywork, and Cupping. I've also been mentored in Ayurvedic Massage and Ashiatsu. My desire for growth is ongoing, finding new ways to be in this world as it shifts as we shift.
My Approach
I'm here to hold, to investigate, and to offer my own unique understanding of the body.
Realizing that every person is an individual I draw on my intuition and in depth knowledge of the human body to bring more ease and less resistance. My offering is to help you help yourself.
Most people come to me in pain, my goal is to allow more freedom in your movement and physical experience while easing discomfort, relieving the pain. I do this with hands on techniques as well as having conversations around how movement feels to you, imbalance that may be present, and in general a greater embodied awareness.

My approach can be gentle but also deep. I'm guided by your bodies response to pressure and movement. I encourage every client to be vocal about what they are experiencing so I can adjust as needed.
